FAQHow fast will my order ship?In-stock items will ship out of our design center within 48 hours of receiving the order. We ship via USPS Priority Mail which generally takes 2-3 days. You should receive your order in about 5-7 business days.If a design is out of stock, can I reserve it, and how soon will it be back in stock?Please contact lchristine@LChristineDesigns.com with the desired item, and we will contact you with specific information about when it will be available. We will put you on our backorder list to receive it as soon as possible.Can I have a bracelet or necklace custom made longer or shorter than the lengths available?Yes! For a custom length order, please contact lchristine@LChristineDesigns.com with the desired item and length. There will be a $5.00 re-stringing fee and a charge for any additional chain length and/or added beads. (Price will be based on item.) You will be contacted with the exact fee.What if I would like a different chain or cord other than what is offered with the necklace?We have many different chains, leather, and suede cords available in our "Accessories" Section at very affordable prices. Unfortunately, we cannot substitute different ones for what is specifically included with a necklace, but would encourage you consider purchasing an additional cord or chain for the variety it will allow you to have. We also have many pendants available to purchase by themselves, without a chain or cord included, in our "Pendant" Section. You can customize these with one or more of our many chains or cords in our "Accessories" Section.How do I care for my sterling silver?If left out and exposed to the air, sterling silver can tarnish over time. This is why we ship all of our sterling silver items in their own air-tight protective plastic bag. We suggest keeping your sterling silver pieces in the zip-lock bag whenever you are not wearing them. This will delay the tarnishing, or oxidation, process. If your sterling piece does show signs of tarnish, we suggest polishing it with a jewelry polishing cloth. (See in our "Accessories" Section.) If your jewelry has a combination of sterling silver and genuine stones or pearls, be careful to polish only the silver, as the cleaner may dull the luster of the stones or pearls. Remember to always return your sterling piece to it's zip-lock bag when you are not wearing it and your jewelry will remain shiny and beautiful!What is your return policy?We sincerely hope you are delighted with every purchase from L. Christine Designs! If you do wish to return an item, however, simply send it back within 14 days of purchase, securely packaged, and with a copy of your invoice to: L. Christine Designs, P.O. Box 9584, Rapid City, SD 57709. We will be happy to exchange for another item, or return your full purchase price (less the original shipping charge).Do you guarantee your jewelry pieces?We are so confident in the quality of our jewelry that we offer an unconditional guarantee for any breakage. If you need an item repaired, just send it back and we will fix it, and ship it right back to you. No charge!Why do I need to register and log in to shop?At L. Christine Designs, we are committed to providing you, our valued customer, with a safe and secure shopping environment. The initial registration will only take a few short minutes, and will help protect you from spam and possible identity theft. This registration will actually save you time during the check-out process, as your shipping address and information will be there automatically, and you won't have to input that information every time you shop with us.
